"Every milestone marks our evolution of hospitality and dedication to care." — 2017 was a year of key milestones for Hyatt, and to celebrate and relay this message, I was asked to create an infographic to accompany President and CEO Mark Hoplamazian’s end-of-year message to all colleagues, owners and franchisees worldwide. The infographic captured key data points in an engaging and playful manner, while reinforcing the company’s four strategic priorities.
